DALLAS SHOWED OUT. AGAIN.

The city of Dallas did not come to play games. Well, actually, it did, and it put on one of the most electric weekends in OT7 Season 5. Mountain View College was the place to be March 28-29, and if you weren't there, you already know you missed something special. The energy was different. The competition was different. Week 2 was on another level.

WUNNA WARRIORS: THE DEBUT DALLAS HAS BEEN WAITING FOR

Over a year of waiting. Over a year of buildup. And the Wunna Warriors did NOT disappoint.

Gunna's own 7-on-7 squad finally stepped onto OT7 grounds, and from the moment they hit the field, everybody in that building could feel it, this team is built different. As Dallas' home team for OT7 this season, the rebrand from Texas Threat has been nothing short of a massive success. The roster is stacked including: John Meredith III, Briceson Thrower Jr., Damarion Mays, Trey Wright, Marcus McCoy, and Jerry Outhouse Jr. came locked in and ready to prove something.

Day one didn't go their way, 0-2, but don't let the record fool you. The POTENTIAL was undeniable. Everyone in the building saw it. And on Sunday, they let it all out. A dominant 31-14 victory over Five Stars, followed by a statement 31-10 win over RG3 — the Wunna Warriors announced themselves to the entire OT7 world. The ceiling on this team is scary.

"THE BEST GAME IN OT7 HISTORY"

Let that sink in. Not just a great game. Not just a classic. People are calling C1N vs. SFE the best game in OT7 history. And after watching it, it's hard to argue.

Final score: C1N 46, SFE 38. In overtime. With one of the most jaw-dropping catches OT7 has ever seen.

Brysen Wright and Trayvis Hunter are that DEAL. The dynamic duo of OT7 Season 5 was in full effect, carving up the defense and delivering when it mattered most. But let's not sleep on SFE — they controlled the majority of that game. They had C1N on the ropes. They were winning. And then overtime hit, and C1N flipped a switch that SFE simply couldn't match. That's the kind of game that gets talked about for years. If you were there live, consider yourself lucky.

THE NAIL-BITERS: GAMES THAT HAD EVERYONE ON THE EDGE OF THEIR SEAT

Week 2 was full of moments that had the crowd going crazy. These were the games where every possession mattered, every score shifted the momentum, and nobody knew what was coming next:

  • Hellstar 35 – C1N 31

  • RG3 38 – Five Stars 45

  • C1N 31 – RG3 28

  • Wunna Warriors 31 – RG3 10

  • AD 2Tenths 38 – Raw Miami 42

  • SFE 28 – Wunna Warriors 21

  • Midwest Boom 31 – Five Stars 14

Week after week, OT7 keeps proving that there is no guaranteed outcome. Any team can be beaten on any given day. That's what makes this league special.

WHAT'S NEXT

Week 2 is wrapped, but the season is far from over. If anything, things are just now heating up. Week 3 is right around the corner, and Cali Power is coming off their bye week hungry, rested, and ready to remind the entire OT7 field exactly why they showed up to Dallas. The competition is only getting stiffer from here.

Stay locked in. The best is still to come.
