Pitch Threads Sports Media is a student-powered sports media outlet dedicated to telling the stories that unfold on fields, courts, and diamonds.

We cover middle school, high school, and college athletics through sharp game recaps, dynamic photography, and compelling videography, capturing not just the final score, but the moments that define it. The grit before kickoff. The silence before the free throw. The celebration after the buzzer. Because every game holds more than numbers. It holds stories.

Pitch Threads was founded by Luka Fraza (aka. LM Visuals) with one clear vision: introduce something new to the sporting world. He saw an opportunity for students to become more involved, not just as athletes or fans, but as storytellers. He wanted young photographers, videographers, writers, and creatives to have a platform to showcase their talent, build real experience, and contribute to the culture of high school sports in a meaningful way.

Too often, incredible performances at the middle school and high school level go undocumented beyond a stat sheet. Pitch Threads exists to change that.

Built for aspiring journalists and content creators, Pitch Threads is a place to get reps, build a portfolio, and see your work published. It’s a training ground for the next generation of sports media professionals, a space where creativity meets competition.

Rooted in Texas, we spotlight the athletes, teams, and communities that make the game special. But we’re growing. What started locally is expanding, with a vision to bring student-driven sports storytelling to more cities, more schools, and more stages.
